1. Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to customer misuse or without original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain products such as innerwear, jewelry, and personal accessories are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process

3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In some cases, a replacement or store credit may be provided instead of a refund (based on product availability).
Shipping or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery as per our policy.
